This Shipping Policy explains how Book Suggestion prepares, ships, and supports orders placed through our website, including one-time purchases and subscription shipments.
Shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping costs may vary based on your order, delivery address, carrier availability, and any promotions active at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are processed after payment is received and order details are confirmed. Since many Book Suggestion orders include curated, wrapped, or hand-prepared items, some orders may require additional preparation time before shipment.
If we expect a meaningful delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered and purchased.
Book Suggestion is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email or through your order details. You can also use our Track Your Order page with your order number and email address or the tracking number provided to you.
Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@booksuggestion.com.
If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, or your local carrier office. If the package still cannot be found, contact us and we will help you review next steps.
Subscription Shipments
Subscription shipments are prepared according to the delivery frequency selected for your subscription. You may be able to skip deliveries, change genres, or update your delivery frequency through your subscription settings.
Changes to an active subscription should be made before the next order enters fulfillment. Once a shipment is already being prepared, we may not be able to modify or cancel that shipment.
